Stop cheating to avoid getting banned

What would happen if I only use a cheat for 1 day or 1 game only and I stop using cheats completely?
Let's imagine that I have an important official match and that I cheat to win it, I uninstall the cheat and that the cheat is detected 2 weeks later. Am I risking anything?

I suppose you would get caught if they happen to do replay review?

You wouldn’t get banned unless cheat is detected, they don’t like keep logs of if you used a detected cheat before it was detected.

You would likely get away with it if you found a good quality cheat that is not Vanguard detected. But novices struggle finding a good quality cheat, they think they can spend $20 and find a good cheat. But you need to spend more. $150+

I used a 24 h day from Stern and didn't got banned
However i wouldn't use it more than a day but yea you should be safe

nah you are wrong if cheat gets detected there is high chance they will banwave everyone who used it same thing happend with zukrass, when they got detected everyone even people who used it last time 2 weeks ago they still got banned

Dude, even if you only cheat for one game, if they catch you later, you're still gonna get banned. It's not worth the risk, especially for an important match. Play fair and earn the win.

You can still get banned later no matter what you do

So simply don't ever cheat if you're afraid of getting banned
