TPM/Secure Boot

Hey, i got banned for cheating in valorant. I manually spoofed everything properly, however after making a new account i instantly got a restriction asking me to turn on TPM Secure Boot and HVCI (im not cheating anymore btw), i was wondering if im automatically fucked or if theres a chance i didnt get tpm banned on my first offense?
