I'm not mad lol. The UI looks basically the same as auto-maple, and even the coordinate/routine system is the same. I know you modded it, but the base is still starting from auto-maple.

I can’t stop you from judging my application without knowing anything about it or having access to its source code. If you choose to dismiss it without understanding, that’s entirely up to you.

The UI you’re referring to is built using Tkinter, which follows its default styling. Your assumption is incorrect, as this is simply how Tkinter applications look by default.

If it happens to resemble other software, that’s purely coincidental. My priority is delivering a stable and functional application that serves its purpose, rather than focusing on aesthetics, which is secondary to usability.

Additionally, a new update now allows users to run the application on two PCs simultaneously. For more details, make sure to visit the Discord server or website.:mofo:

Whether or not it's also built using Tkinter doesn't change the fact that the UI looks very similar. ie

From your latest video vs auto-maple. It's just a bit disingenuous that this is "from scratch" when it's based off of auto-maple. The chances of the UI lib + UI placements + using the green circles to mark coords + using green line for next point to be exactly the same but you started from scratch is almost impossible IMO.

Not saying you didn't do a good job though. I see a lot of improvements that I might implement into mine :)

I appreciate your perspective, but I believe there’s a misunderstanding here. While my application may share some visual similarities, that does not mean it is based on Auto-Maple. Tkinter has a default styling, and UI elements like green circles and lines for marking paths are common visualization choices in many automation tools.

I can confidently say that I built my application from scratch, without using code from any other software. Taking inspiration from common UI/UX patterns and improving upon them is a natural part of software development.

Rather than assuming the worst, I encourage you to approach discussions with an open mind. I have no interest in conflicts, and if you’re working on similar projects and need any help, feel free to reach out. Collaboration and learning from each other are far more valuable than searching for disputes.
