Information required to create Pserver Nostale

Hello community I take the liberty of posting this because I am looking for information on the creation of private server Nostale to test locally only for me understand how the game and made. But the problem is that I have done a lot of research but all the time I come across tutorials that are no longer up to date or links that are dead so I find myself in the problem that I galere would it be possible to have either a more recent tutorial or help carrement. If needs I put my discord if below thank you in advance for your understanding.

If you are unable to do it using the Readme.MD then creating a private server isn't for you and you can seriously forget this idea.

You are claiming that you want to create a private server to "understand" how it works but if you are not even able to make it running following steps of a MD file (which is really only reading skills), you won't get anywhere, not even close to the point of understanding how it works.
