I personally sell a DayZ external cheat that includes aimbot, designed for legit play, and has never been detected. There are plenty of other providers out there, but if you’re looking to cheat legitimately, I’d recommend avoiding internal cheats. As for one-time payments, you won’t find high-quality products unless you’re willing to spend $300–$500 for a lifetime option.

You can find free cheats for cracked dayz but not for official, doubt anyone offers a lifetime dayz cheat but it would be a bad decision to buy a lifetime sub, I highly suggest you to take a look at @[Only registered and activated users can see links.
