CABAL ZAAN how to connect

hi i cant connect to cabal zann why?? i press start.bat then i have ID and Pass i do it then i press OK and nothing hapends why??

cabal zaan itsnt open 24/24... its not hosted , the GM keeps thr server on , on his pc -.-
