Currently testing Dr Cheats and as someone that doesn't use blatant features I'm very happy with it, esp works great and injection is super easy, if you prefer the more blatant features the anti recoil has no customization so it's either full on or off, but other than that the smoothing and bone target options are pretty good and it's also super cheap, only one day in so I can't personally vouch for long term detection rate but it's listed as undetected for 1+ years in the list of legit providers. I do wish there was more customization options with the esp but for the price I can't complain.
