[Request] Quick Runescape Question

What is the MOST complete runescape source with all of the skills working, capes, that is MOST like the real runescape.

I have setup many servers and used several sources but all of them are either crap , small, messed up, so reconfigured that its not even worth changing everything back.

I just want a source that is as close to the original as possible, with as many things working as possible, I can fix the rest but I want a nice base to work with.

Deltascape source is pretty modified but most of the things you try works.

Is there any guides you would recommend for adding to modifying sources?

I have done some limited stuff before like modify gm commands and privileges but this is something I would like to get more involved with.
