Please check this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and make sure you have all the map chunks loaded.

Also please try to use a clean char without any fancy item effect.

Ofc. this is only a guess, so please share your result. Or try a vanialla mapinfo file. It is possible that you walk over the map border while being ingame, logout and after restart you will receive an instant crash.
