Pretty much anything can run Valorant nowadays. An ssd, 4gb ram, integrated gpu, cpu with atleast two or more cores is a good start

For laptop specs, id say it's a lil harder, I know my 11th gen i3 with integrated graphics ran the game at 30-60 fps fine, (12gb ram tho) I'd recomend buying laptops with atleast 4th gen intel processcors as they seem to be going quite cheap. it'll run like shit I would recomend atleast upgrading to 8GB of ram if you don't want to kill yourself trying to do anything on the laptop though, lmfao.

If you just want a steady 60fps for the lowest possible price buy something like a dell optiplex for like 50 bucks on ebay.
