Unable to Bypass LoL HWID Ban

As the title states, I am unable to bypass the HWID ban and was wondering if anyone knew why?
Reinstalling Windows = booting up via media creation tool, shift + F10 to get into cmd, and using diskpart to clean the drive.
Manual = using dmi edit
Things I've tried:
1) Reinstalling windows + sickkservices spoof + Bios flash + TMAC
2) Reinstall windows + sync.top spoof + bios flash + TMAC
3) Reinstall windows + sick services + bios flash + manual VolumeID change + manual UUID change + manual mobo serial change + manual SMBios serial change + TMAC

I am at a complete loss as to what is still causing me to get banned after a legit match of ARAM.

Try replacing the hard drive?

Hey, im here to help. I had same issue as you 1 year back.
Things your doing correctly:
Reinstalling Windows = booting up via media creation tool, shift + F10 to get into cmd, and using diskpart to clean the drive
Any perm spoofer should work
Flashing bios twice

But theres also few things to check for:
Check for bluetooth, wifi if your motherboard has it built in. These mac adresses arent really spoofable therefore disabling them is the best way.
Dont disable them in devices settings, go into bios there should be a option to disable it permanently in bios.
Also you would need to either replace your ssd or raid0

I have been VAN152ed few times, currently using CleanBan Service, it requires (apart from running their spoofer of course)
1) Flashing BIOS Twice
2) Reinstalling Windows
3) CRU to change Monitors ID
4) TMAC to change your connection ID
5) Peripherial Hider to hide your keyboard, mouse etc...
6) Disabling On Board Wireless Devices such as Bluetooth and Wifi.
7) Not required (I am not doing it) but recommended is to set your SSD/HDD to RAID0

They offer one time spoof or lifetime spoof (=each time you wanna spoof you still have to ask them to generate you new license key, they dont make lifetime keysm but thats just a formality).

I am kinda satisfied with them and bought Lifetime license.
