There is a lot of good external cheats on market at the moment. I will first recommend Aim Master, never detected and has good list of features. There are others like SyntheticSkill, Advance, Unnamed, Proofcore (requires ID Verification but undetected for years)

I've been using Aim Masters external and have had good results out of it.

I also used the permeant spoofer they offer. Support is fast and the devs are active and willing to listen.

Aimex cheat quality is good.

But unfortunately the guy is right, their Update times really suck, this has been an issue since Verdansk. Sometimes it takes 2-3 days for an regular 300mb Update not even to talk of Anticheat or Seasonal Updates.
Not trashing Aimex, just facts about their VERY slow Update times.
