I had a very disappointing experience with this product and the company's customer service. I bought a seven-day key to try out their Valorant DMA, but kept facing issues with it reading memory and other technical problems. They claimed my firmware was 'ass' and told me I should buy their custom firmware for $100. As I only purchased a seven-day key, paying that amount for firmware just to play for a week didn't seem reasonable.
After further troubleshooting, they concluded that my firmware was being blocked, but despite this, the product never worked for me. When I requested a refund, citing that the product didn’t work for my setup, they declined and stated they have a no-refund policy. I tried to ask if I could exchange it for something else from their site, either at the same price or a lower one, but they declined that as well.
I've worked with other providers before, but this experience was by far the worst. I don't think it’s fair to receive such poor customer service and be denied any solution, especially when the product didn’t work as promised. It's extremely frustrating, and unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I feel like I was left with no support and no options to resolve the situation and now im stuck with a key that i cant use -- Rep for me
