Find spoofer that can change tpm serial

Does anyone sell a spoofer that can permanently change TPM serial numbers?
I'm not looking for a TPM bypass.

I want a spoofer that can change TPM serial numbers while core isolation is enabled.

It doesn’t exist.
TPM can’t be spoofed permanently.
Only temporarily, and its also not a reliable option.

There is spoofer can change TPM temp and they need Driver which is signed. Mostly spoofer on market doesnt have sign so they must disable core isolation.
