Silent/syndicate is a great cheat for new account/smurfs or to have for a bit, but do not expect to last very long using it, i have used for a long time before for boosting, its a great cheat for short term use, it has amazing features such as being able to see all players in a rank game and their platform, they have ranked restriction bypass, and very solid aimbot amongst other great features. A very fun cheat but not a safe one by any means.

This specific cheat is actually "Silent", not syndicate or densho. But you are right, these cheats are internal and their meant for raging or short term use with the risk of detection. And these cheats are meant for mass reselling so you cant expect the best or utmost quality like say one of the more "premium" cheats like PO.
