Risks of using perm spoof and who to choose?

Hello, i noticed i am shadowbanned due to HWID on COD, im looking for a perm spoofer rn and my top choices are sync.top and sickkservices, however im seeing mixed reviews for both of these providers, anyone have experiences with these 2 sellers?

Also are there risks with perm spoofers, how do they work? Is it done forever once i perm spoof my system or will it leave traces that can get me dtc in the future?

I am using Sync. When using Sync you will not need to reinstall windows, nor will you need to delete all data on the drives. But every time you start your PC you will need a spoofer. It's not fully automatic
Regarding Sickk, you will need to erase all data on drives mounted on your PC,

I've used sync without issues, pretty straight forward, don't need to use a spoofer every time I start my pc

Our perm spoofer is only spoofer on market to not need windows reinstall, game reinstall or constant respoofing. We have guarantee for it to work on any motherboard, any windows version and any laptop.

Our perm spoofer doesn't need windows or game reinstall and doesn't need spoofing per boot. Spoof once and you are good, don't need to reinstall game or launcher.
