Setting Up a Local Nostale Server for Personal Testing

12/09/2024 08:01 onuryur#1
Hello everyone,

I’m planning to set up a Nostale server on my local computer, but it won’t be open to the public. My goal is to create a private environment where I can test different features and mechanics of the game.

For example, I’d like to experiment with obtaining items and testing the shell system to analyze damage output. This server will only run locally on my computer, strictly for personal learning and testing purposes.

If anyone has advice or resources that could help me get started, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Thank you in advance!

Indeed, the solution still remains in the README.MD, if dev wrote it, it's not for decoration

Why people try to open a server with 0 knowledge of programming? Please, at least, learn the basic first

Yeah, and where did you start? You came right out of the womb, knowing at least Java Script, right?
Cmon dude, instead of writing a dumb comment, you could've helped right away.

And yeah, Fizo is right aswell. The ReadMe.md includes everything you need to know in order to open a Server. I know it's confusing reading it the first time, but if you follow step by step, you'll manage easily.
