I have seen people queue just a couple games with a cheater and when the cheater gets banned, they get banned. And on the other hand, I've seen people queue loads of games with cheaters and not get banned.
So there must be some trick to not getting banned when you queue with cheaters
My thought is that, they probably require some kind of proof that the player is aware that their duo is cheating. Probably through text chat messages or audio. Because it doesn't seem fair that innocent players can get banned for cheating with someone they thought was legit.
But I am not 100% certain. Does anyone know the actual criteria?
