Problem with login Notice

when i login to my server i always got notice message that CTF gonna start in 10 minutes
how can i change this message ?

Edit: it appears when i disable the green box

its just capture the flag event time check it in SMc

The same thing happened to me.
I just disabled the CTF notice in textuisystem but that's not a real fix.
