Rust ban evasion/ip question

when getting server banned/ip banned on a rust server do they ban all the ips associated with the account or only the ip that was used at the time of the ban?

If they find other ips connected to the account, they usually ban you when using those ips.

They usually only ban the ips that you have joined the server, but if you have other ips connected in one way or another they will be able to check your account and ban it for "evading" so to say.

Is there any programs that we can have to check and see if we are linked to old accounts?

Yes there is, check the "relevant information" section on the legit list, there you will find information regarding this.
