Do people still use veracrypt? Where u can create a drive and download rust on it

What's the point from a gaming perspective? I don't see it.

Idk someone told me instead of factory resetting you could use veracrypt to delete and create a new C drive and then reinstall your rust there? For like getting game banned

I’m not sure how this would help in any case. Rust doesn’t leave traces that a factory reset would remove either way? If you’re referring to game bans or HWID bans, those are hardware-based, not software-based, so this approach wouldn’t make a difference.
