Ban Wave?

Last time I used Wyvern was something like 10 days ago and only for 6h for having a little boost in comp, I played only Tracer legit (wallhack, aim track OFF, aim assist ON with something between 0.4 and 0.6, auto melee and heal evade off).

Yet only yesterday (10 days after last usage of Wyvern), I received a perma ban notice for cheating. I wonder if Wyvern may have caused that? I have an alt account where I cheated harder with Widow/Hanzo/Cassidy and nothing happened. I'm seeing today in Reddit/OW2 Forums I'm not the only one, there is people claiming never having cheated (obviously), receiving a ban for cheating. Anyone knows more on that?

There were waves, and these include false positives as well.
After their Anticheat Updates, we keep our Status as Testing.
Since not all components of our Spoofers are working, we don't guarantee anything, especially not for Players who have been banned before (repeat Offenders).
You might received additional identifiers, or you simply got reported and delay banned due to that.

Wyvern itself was in fact never detected. We have made security updates to our Launcher and fixed an error that was the root cause of the issue last month.

Im using wyvern no banned but there are three reasons could be

1- new acc ready for Rank they will banned later on if ur stats good (smurf acc) even u are not cheating

2- Using hack wall is the stupid thing in OW any reply on ur clip they can know u are using it ...so taking clip and send it to OW2 community will cause u banned even u have aged acc

3- your aim stats is more than human aim stats ... for example widow ur regular accuracy is 60 and critical Accuracy (headshot) is 75 for like many times and games ..and other heroes ..yes this direct banned even ur cheat is not dt ... this from dev ow i know ..
