Is GGloader good? I've seen it before but the price + the comments about how difficult is to setup + the poor cust service scared me out of getting it

GGLoader is a little harder to setup thats for sure. There are pros and cons to both sides of the coin when it comes to unlockers vs GGL.
Unlockers have a long history on and off again bans, while NN has only had one major ban wave earlier this year (this was after 3 years of service), its a very reliable choice. There is also Tinkr if you have a Mac, but it seems most of their 3rd party developers' platforms have big targets on their backs and frequently have bans.
The downside of GGL is the difficulty setting it up, and then the cost to pay for 3rd party rotations monthly on top of paying for GGL. I've also found previously that there are times during new expansions when GGL takes a very long time to update core features for class specs, but at the same time, another thing that is good about pixel bots is that there is hardly any downtime when there are hotfixes/patches/updates, and most 3rd party rotations devs with them find workarounds to those issues while waiting on the core dev to update those specs
The one thing I can say about GGL is they have a long history of not being detected, and once you do have your class setup, it's pretty simple from there. Most of the 3rd party devs have their own auto-bind system to help with the process these days.
So basically unlockers are very easy to set up and get going, and mostly everything is right out of the box, but you have to wait for patches and updates to offsets, and other things break a lot, and there is also a risk factor that is typically greater due to blizzards focus on Unlockers.
Pixels require fewer updates for patches, and usually will be safer (but these days it seems Blizzard has been focusing on them more) However GGL has not been a part of these ban waves, but at the same time you have to weigh the cost of time to set things up and the initial costs to get things going.
So really you have to decide which route you want to go, personally myself I'm an enjoyer of all things automation, but I also do not use them on accounts I care about. If I had to use them on an account I cared about, I would probably use GGL.
And yes, I know a few private bots, but I can't get you into them sorry.
