On each of the hosts make sure the account region is set to a country that isn't very popular on the game to increase your chances of getting into the same lobby faster. A proxy on each of the hosts' VPS can help with this too. Also, make sure to use a Macro to prevent the accounts from getting kicked for being AFK.
