Anyone know of some good Weapon Leveling providers that can get you into those lobbies? I used to do it on MW 2019 and Cold War, are those still a thing?

Tbh if it's just leveling your guns, go in zombie.
It is pretty fast to level up guns overall in zombies, took me 1 hour to get XM to 45 (with double XP)
bot lobbies are pointless in my opinion, for the price of those, you could take a sub to PO or any other provider, set aim to head, farm noobs in MP.
Same goes for ZM skins, get a cheat, set aim to head, reap through zombies.
