Issue with max plus

Hello,

i'm trying to make my own server but i can't change plus rate
when i tried to make it from +1 to +10 100% and decreasing after that it never fail

Note: i wanna make max plus +25 too and fail after that without losing it

Use AlchemyRate program to set the plus rate
