There is many rebrands with various redesigns of this UI. There is no original cheat or developer. Its public cheat source from UC, internal AIO rebrands use that UI.

UI developer is probably this ruski imgui developer Ostin or someone from his friends.

One of the most common one on the market. The menu is just passed around effectively. I personally wouldn't suggest!
