Feature wise systemcheats imo is better and smoother as it is internal.
It was detected just over a month ago, but had a long run before then.

PO was detected end of MW2 / beta of MW3 and sometime in may or june i think they had a detection which effected some users, not all.

PO safer, SC runs smooth due to being internal.
