Account Bugged? Can’t drop runes

Hi!
Somehow I haven’t dropped a single rune yet and my Spiritborn is at Paragon 168.

Can someone help me with that or am I doing something wrong?

I‘m doing all kinds of dungeons, pit, Worldbosses etc.

Need to do the campaign. Act 7 I believe.
