DMA ERROR HELP PLEASE

Hi ive recently bought a dma card from ducks services and keep receiving the error
ERROR - DEVICE: FPGA: ERROR: Unable to connect to USB/FT601 device [0,v0.0,0000]

as well as this error when trying to flash firmware

ive checked usb connection and tried different slots and cables
all virtulization etc is disabled
ive changed power plans
ive changed pcie slots
ive done cold reboots
ive factory reset windows on both pcs

Did u install ur CH347 and FT601 drivers? Is the cable plugged in to the right port on the dma card?

Which DMA card do you have? My support team is probably able to fix this if you wanna reach out :) . If the card isn't DOA they will get you up operational

I have the same problem with my ZDMA. Any solution?
I installed all the drivers. I believe.

did you ever figure out what the issue was?

There are several YouTube videos about fixing these kinds of issues. ChatGPT can also help, Ducks Services have excellent support for all the products sold on their website as well.

My best thoughts on the issue though is that if it isn't a bios issue (JTAG error so mainly Bios settings on second pc) or a cable issue then it Sounds like a bad card. Specifically bad JTAG port.
