I will begin with the most important thing. Old accounts where we have made memories are indeed bring a lot of nostalgia and I am well aware of the emotional weight of the situation and really want to get this right from the get go.

As for the HWID ban, I checked your account and it shows that you HWID ban will be ending around: 2024-12-27. Please know that if you try to use any account before this date, then your HWID ban will get extended again for another 4 months or 120 days so I would kindly request you to not use your PC to play VALORANT at all until the HWID ban is expired. After the HWID ban expires you can go ahead and create a new account and start your journey again!

Trust me when I say this, I really wish I could bring you out of this situation but the way our system works, every single action is checked on the players account, if it goes against our policies we have to take appropriate measures in order to keep the experience enjoyable for all of our players around the globe and your case the penalty is correctly applied.

As I have provided all the relevant clarity needed to shed light on the situation and seeing as there are no new concerns though, this ticket will now be closed.

I’ve always been transparent with my claims. I never said my Valorant cheat was the safest, especially since we sell it publicly. I don’t create fake accounts, and I never ask people for fake positive reviews — I only ask for honest review and only my customers.

As for other games like Apex Legends, our software remains one of the best because other anti-cheat systems, such as Easy Anti-Cheat, don’t perform the same level of manual reversing that Riot does. We continuously work on improvements to ensure our products stay safe for users.
