help about database mysql

hi..can someone help me i cant open database with navicat it said 2027-received malformed packet..i dont know what to do 3 days figured out still cant find solution

more detailed please..

im using this...[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] client working fine and already running the game...mysql also running but i cant open the database.i want show the error
image but cant post yet..! and i also have other game i run (ragnarok)it show use same host ip and port ! plz help me umbrella hill people. :)

use different navicat. 15 below.

(solution fixed)i seen my other post people ask to change old navicat now it working! thx also for people here to help me in this post...thx to old friend duaselipar -Ex GH Knightfall(Gambito)
