This depends on how well you know the area and what knowledge you have. In theory, you can write your own spoofer. That would be free. ;)
However, I think that all common methods such as fiddling around with the bios or using virtual machines have been fixed so far.
The problem is further exacerbated by Windows 11. Here is a short article about it:
