How to add to PATH?

Can someone explain how to add a specific folder to PATH in Windows 10? I remember something about environment variable settings.

I saw this mentioned elsewhere in the forums: but it looks like the YouTuber posted an updated tutorial:
Essentially, type in environment variables in your Windows search bar, which will open up a pane, then click environment variables and it will take you right where you need to be to add them. I hope that helps.
