Even if you hire a dev to make a cheat for you have riskys, most of devs willing to do this will just paste smt and delivery for you
Since you are the only user will take some time until the ban and then they will have the $ already
Unless you are super rich its not worth for a real dev make that, since if they make a real UD cheat and send for Riot they will get 25k + in bug bount systems

Hiring a dev to make a cheat for you only would take some $$$. Make sure you take a long time talking to as many devs as you can about it before going into it. Take double the time to do all this than you think it'll take. Most devs that actually know their stuff do not come here advertising their services since you risk running into a riot rat.
