Pls make P-server work on C:/

So far, the released p-server works on a harddrive D:/ only
problem is, i only have C:/ and cant create new one, i tried all methods i found here


question: can someone edit the server files so that it works om C:/ ?

Just make a virtual drive.

1. open cmd prompt
2. type "subst D: c:\" without the quotes
3. done. You should know have a d:\ drive that is a mirror of your c drive

to delete the drive use "subst d:\ /d"

you can do what I do, I create a folder on the c drive called "shaiya_Pserver" then I use the command in cmd prompt "subst D: c:\shaiya_Pserver" It then creates a drive d which is linked to that folder.

its very easy just go in
C:\SHAIYA_SERVER\SERVER\PSM_Client\Config\PSM_Serv ice.ini and edit from D: to C: and it will work i trayed
