What's the current situation with firmware and BE?

Is it still worth it to use / self-build publicly available, free firmware like ekknod/pcileech-wifi, or to buy something different from the sellers here (e.g. Occlusion/Clutch/Revl/Rakesh)

Dont buy fw just use ekknods or build your own.

Most of the fw that people sell is bad and pasted anyways. Guess what the free pcileech-multimedia fw is 1:1 the cfg of the real blackmagic card and its also "emulated".

I always recommend purchasing from a reputable provider that offers authentic 1:1 firmware for BE/EAC.
