How HWID ban works with multiple accounts?

From what I've understand, logging into your recently banned account will result in HWID ban. But, what if I cheat on my first account for some time and assuming that the account was flagged for delayed ban, but then I stop using the said account, change into my second account and playing without cheat on it, will I still get HWID ban if I never login with my 1st account?

Would anyone clarify on how this ban works if player has some smurf accounts?

Edit: Is it possible to have multiple HWID ban if I login on other PCs?

Theoretically, if you cheat on multiple PCs and those machines are associated with suspicious activity, each one could receive its own HWID ban. However, each HWID ban is applied to the specific machine where the infraction was detected.

Based on personal experience, I've noticed that smurf accounts shared with friends that have been banned only affect the main person who was banned. I have never received a ban on an account I used previously that was later banned by someone else.

If an account has been banned from one PC and you then try to access that account from another HWID (unbanned), nothing else will happen other than being informed that the account is suspended.
