I got the Dead by daylight product and it loaded the menu and you can adjust the settings but there is nothing working in game. No esp etc. I asked for help and they said busy they would email me. 6 hours later no email and no replies to the other chat messages I left either telling them what happens and asking for help. I would avoid this one. Terrible support.

That's odd, I used them before and they were actually pretty helpful for me, sorry to hear you had a bad experience, its possible they were not available when you messaged. It is a holiday in some parts of the world today.

They replied instantly and said they were busy and would email soon as they could. That was hours ago and I sent a couple more messages in chat and nothing either. Like half the day gone now

Well Im sure these guys are not awake 24/7 so sometimes you just got to wait.
