i understand the risk to cheating, anything can get be banned.
that being said.
i see ggl claims to have no bans for a while or a low ban risk with the option of their private launcher.
how does aimsharp or rice compare. they both upto date with retail?

seems aimsharp uses hekili?

Depends on what kind of content you plan to do. Risks are associated with anything you use, Aimsharp and GGL have a pretty good history of not being banned, so if history of detections is what is important to you, I would go with GGL for PVP and Aimsharp for PVE.

If you want to be a real man and put some hair on your nuts, go use an unlocker and live on the edge.

RiceRotations or Aimsharp for PvE, I know some AimSharp developers have started doing a few profiles for classes in PvP though, if you want to check that out? I'd recommend GGL highly though for PvP over AimSharp - that being said, they're far more expensive. Depends on your budget.
