do you really need a explaination for that?
it's a stick with some light that has more power than the stick without glittering light on it .. so when you stick it up someone's ass it will hurt more

its a seal of item, like seal of star/moon and sun, sos,som and sosun only exists till 10th degree, nova's exist only at 11th degree. and his power is between a star and a moon so +7/+8 ish
