How can it not be advertising when your website link & logo is all over the place?

This is not the place to advertise, even if it is informative information it should be unbiased otherwise it is advertisement.

Their cheat is not even mentioned throughout the whole video, sure game play of the cheat is in the background but it is justified based on the topic of the video. There is nothing in the video to indicate any kind of bias towards any cheat it is purely educational

I think you're shifting away the focus of the video. I already have a sticky bump for Rust, there's no need to force advertisement where it's not needed/allowed. The video was made with pure educative/informative purposes, our watermark is indeed there but that's because the video was made and funded under our brand.

Nonetheless, if EPVP moderators find that the video is violating any terms here, it should be removed and I apologize for that.

In the first 15sec their website link and logo appears, in the description you will find another link for their website.

You could have postet the videos without any links and logos. By funding what do you mean by that? What part of the video is required any funding? Everything you talk about is public information you can find if you search the right places, you just made a video talking about it to advertise your own product while doing it.

You'll obviously find links to my website as the youtube channel is from my website. This does not change the focus of the video, seems like you're struggling to understand a few basic things.

That's not how things works buddy, I put it exactly for those who doesn't know or are not experienced about this subject, in a simple and informative way.

Let me the one that cannot understand basic things explain this as simple as possible to you.
  1. You have a link in the video to your own website where you are selling your products. (Advertisement)
  2. You have logos in the video from your own brand (Advertisement)
  3. You have a link to your own website, NOT on your youtube channel page BUT in the description on the video that was supposed to NOT be advertisement. (Advertisement)
You are indirectly indicating you are advertising YOUR own video by funding it all by your self, as if you should pay your self a salary for making the video.

In your first post you also only mentioned a watermark being in the video, when it's clear that both link and watermarks are in there multiple places.

Public information is public information, you clearly advertise while sharing it and that's fine, but it isn't allowed to directly advertise here in the sub-forum.
There is another [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] where videos/pictures can be shared, should have posted it there instead. You even posted that your self.

Because you bought a sticky bump, doesn't mean you can do things above the rules, it has nothing to do with the conversation we have here.

OP was specificly looking for a provider, people had explained a couple of things to him and directed him to me, i wanted to help out and recommend out from the list that i maintain, i did NOT recommend him anything from my personal opinion, and even if i did it would be allowed since he's directly asking for advice.

Maybe you should learn a couple of things here on Epvp, before you post nonsense.

I have to side with Ignite on this one. From what I’ve seen, the primary focus of the video is clearly educational, with the content aimed at helping users who may not be familiar with the subject. The presence of a logo and links doesn’t automatically make the video an advertisement—it’s common practice for creators to brand their work, especially if it’s being shared on public platforms.

The watermark and link placement seem reasonable since they reflect the fact that Ignite put effort and resources into creating the video, including funding scriptwriters, voice actors, and editors. This doesn’t mean the video is primarily an ad; it’s just a branded piece of content, which happens all the time in various educational videos across the internet.

I also noticed that there’s already a sticky bump for their product, so I don’t think there’s any real need for Ignite to create a video just to promote it further. The video’s intent is clearly different.

And as for the forum rules, it looks like the moderators will make the final call, so I’d let them decide if it crosses any lines. But from my perspective, the educational nature of the content seems to justify the presence of the brand without being an outright advertisement.

You can simply report both accounts and wait for the admin to review them. I'm pretty sure multi-accounting is not allowed. Whether you or I agree with it doesn't matter; it's the forum administration that made the final decision to keep it.

Everything i did was, pointed out your video was a advertisement video, and you yourself even indirectly agreed with it, as you have to "fund" the video somehow aka advertise. :pimp:
