Vanguard2 Coming to MacOS.

Seems riot had enough with MacOS scripts.
This won't be a full Kernel Level Anti cheat as Apple doesn't allow access to the Kernel as easily as windows does. This seems to be more of a tool to fight VMware hackintosh users. So might be time to buy a macbook guys.
-------
Mac x Vanguard (aka Vanguard 2)
As we were getting at in the “botting” section, some cheaters have begun to pivot to macOS VMs, in an effort to free themselves from the Vanguard requirement. This move was about as unexpected as syrup on pancakes, so we’re pleased to announce that Vanguard’s companion product, Embedded Vanguard (mVG) is coming soon to a Mac build near you. The unique security of the macOS environment allows us to be a little less stringent on defending its kernel, so as the name implies, this won’t require any extra installs—the security is “embedded” right into the game client. Further still, we’re actually already using mVG to great effect on VALORANT console and on Wild Rift.

Once it ships at the end of this year, we hope it will be the final blow to bots and to the two public scripting suite developers that are now grappling with the realization they wasted three months on porting cheats to OSX. Don’t worry too much though, Swift looks great on a resume.

Macbooks refurbished are not that expensive. Also what is the difference between buying a cheat subscription at 150 a month or a macbook that is 500 euros? After 3 months ur at the same place -having a macbook.
Don't forget just cause 500 is alot of money to you, doesn't mean it is to everyone.

Edit: also you mfers have been saying that league is dying since 5 s6 every season.

what's the difference with buying DMA cards? If they detect your firmware what are you gonna do with it? At least if they detect your macos cheats you still have a mac to use for everything else other than cheating

Lol, useless, the only reason it works on Valorant console and Wild Rift is that console can hardly be tampered with and people can't even bother making stuff for Wild Rift (lazy)

Theres about 5 people scripting on Mac so Riot will lose a ton of money paying devs to port their shit Anticheat to ban all 5 of those people, what a waste of their money and resources. Meanwhile PC scripters are in the multi thousands and they cant do a thing lol as they seem to be bypassing the PC AC easily.

Packman 2, not Vanguard 2, League Vanguard Windows version is already Lidl Vanguard

mac vanguard doesn't even have kernel access like they said in the blog post, so it's not even the same thing and on the same level as windows vanguard. Still, it will be up to RTX to implement bypass against this

They seem to be focused on VMware Mac users. As most Mac cheaters are hackintosh users.

They probably gonna try to fuck with OpenCore and claim "you're on a unsupported OS" like they do with people who use W11 without TPM

it's going to be hard to detect an opencore installation as even apple themselves can't do it, a proper OC setup can even do bluetooth/wifi/airdrop/imess like a real mac, and everything can be spoofed in OC...
However, if they start to get rid of x86/intel processor macs and enforcing only apple metal chip can play then it's GG. Hackintosh will truly be dead then
