Is there any good internals out there? Ive used GCAIMEX and IW when they were around. I only use ESP. I like the buttery smooth internal feel. External ESP is shit.

Artificial Aiming is the last trusted Internal standing. They had 1 major detection in April this year in WZ3 and before that they were the longest UD provider in COD. (3+ yrs UD)
The bans coming in later were delayed bans from the april detection.
Smooth as an Internal can be BUT no skeleton Esp and Menu isn't userfriendly if you never used AA. If you get used to the notepad adjustments its easy as hell.

Personally i use DMA but i had fun with them on alt Accounts in WZ2 on my other hwid baned PC. And their prices are very nice + Spoofer included for free if needed.

Just a small correction, the last detection was march 18th 2024

So their long undetection was from April 2021 until march 18th of 2024, later ban in april was test build for those who wanted to help with and test the safety.

Does AA have controller support

No. But you can use antimacro, its 1 key remap which is very easy to do.
