I tested my product with kmbox net for two months before releasing it for sale and I was not banned.

So it all depends on who the developer is.

Confirmed by multiple devs and cheats, 45-60 hours means less than 70 matches maybe u dont got the delay yet

80 Matches in 2 months its less than 2 matches per day, delay goes long on it, still waiting the tracker
