Blizzard is being a pain and i need a SMS verify for a number in Latvia? Tried everything online and a bunch of numbers dont work? anyone know?

Costs 0.07$ for blizzard with latvian number, if you don't get the code it's refunded
thats one of the sites ive been using yesterday. did like 20 numbers straight up from them and none of them worked.
