Can't target with bow..

I can't seem to target anything while holding my bow.

I also can't target anything with NORMAL range loaded (Not AR, Magnum, ect..)

Currently using Tiara and NogiParty.

It would be a lot of help if anyone has a solution to fix this.

Delete skillinfo.xml in your data folder, that will fix it.

You could also replace it, but deleting it is the safest thing to do. I personally just made my own, but the reason tiara's version doesn't work is because tiara's is fairly literally a compilation. It combines mods together. While that can be good, the latest tiara (last time I checked), had a few bad files, namely data/db/skill/skillinfo.xml.

open skillinfo.xml with notepad, go to the skill "Ranged Combat Mastery" (= ranged attack)

go all the way right till you find "TargetPreference="Friend|Enemy|Prop(ranged_attack )"
(dunno 100% what was in the () after prop)

remove the Friend|

now you will have Targetpreference="Enemy|prop(ranged_attack)"

save the file

you fixed it, and just learned how to edit ctrl targetting

The problem is, cloud, that the skillinfo.xml is so messy that I'm not sure if that is the only problem or not.

it IS the only problem for the no-aim, easy way to confirm is changing only that and see if its fixed.
