Is it still possible to walk on the rafting river?

Is it still possible to walk on the rafting river? And if so how? I know its a glitch, but I'm not sure how to get onto the water.

get off raft

open housing flier keep it open

go onto raft click go to sellers house

click on the coupon

True, and while we are on the river subject... how do u glitch into the side with all those other hobgoblins that you where killing with a golem. The vid was called golem speed or something like that.
