[Xero] Any way to create or change weapon/clothing skins?

I'd like to change some skins a bit. Is this possible in Xero?

It is possible when it comes to clothing, but the only one who knows how to do it is Luis Mallqui. He is a designer for S4 League.

It is impossible to modify any file in the game unless there is a leaked tool from Xero or you can understand the encryption scheme (which is probably impossible).
