if your on vista/seven most likely you need to right click and go run as administrator.

If you want to find them for learning purpouses there was a tutorial somewhere on the forums for it. I usally use ollydbg and find referenced text strings but you might not be able to do that as its gota be configured and such. Your best bet would be to find other hacks and browse memory and just fill them with garbage like 333333333333 till autopill pops up you can usally find it near the speed hack which you can get by scanning for uknown then using the run skill searching for a changed value then when the skills out search for changed again or same as first scan etc.
Please do the Cheat Engine tutorial that comes with cheat engine so you can learn how to use it if you do not already know.
